1How do you verify profiles are real?
Before we forward any profiles or get two candidates in touch, we make sure we have spoken directly to each candidate in a one on one consultation. Once we have spoken to the candidate, we will then begin the process of matching for them. While we cannot guarantee any person in just one phone conversation, we try our best to look out for all red flags and suspicious behaviors or comments.
2As a parent, can I sign my daughter or son up for an account on Marry Muslims?
Yes, as a parent you are welcome to sign your son or daughter up with Marry Muslims, but you must provide the candidate’s details and phone numbers so we can contact the candidate for the one on one consultation. The parents are welcome to sit in for the one on one phone consultation. After our initial conversation, we deal solely with the candidate. Nevertheless, if you as the parents have concerns, you are welcome to contact us through the contact us page or call us and we will get back to you to answer all pertinent questions.
3Is Marry Muslims private?
Yes, Marry Muslims is a private service. Only those members that have a membership and have matched with you will receive your biodata in their email.
4How is Marry Muslims different from other matrimonial websites?
At Marry Muslims, we do not provide our candidates with a database to search through. We connect our candidates to potential matches one at a time, carefully sending only those profiles that have a clear match. When there is a clear match, both parties will be contacted through email with a matched profile. We continuously stay in touch with all our candidates and provide a one on one service as needed at all times.
5Do you help children living in India and Pakistan or any other country, but would like to move here?
No, at this time we are only working with candidates that are already in the US or Canada.
6Do you share our profiles onto other platforms and groups?
No, we keep all our profiles on our website. Profiles are shared through a direct email to another candidate only when there is a match
7Can we sign up for an account without a picture?
No, you must attach a picture to your profile if you would like to be matched with others.
8Will other candidates be able to access my profile and pictures on their own?
No, your profile will be shared only when you have matched with someone. We send profiles one at a time and we share a match to both parties at the same time.
9How often should I expect to receive matches?
We hope to send you as many matches as are needed for you to find your soulmate inshallah. At the minimum, we hope to send you at least 1-2 matches monthly, but it really depends on how thorough your profile is. The more details you have in your profile, the more likely you are to match with someone inshallah.
10Once we have paid the $50 membership fee, are there any additional costs associated with your services?
No, there are no additional costs associated with our matchmaking services! We are a group of volunteers working to help others and the membership fee is solely used for the purposes of running the website. If our website needs further modifications and upgrades, we may need to slightly increase our membership cost, but as of right now, it's just $50 for us to work with you. Even if you get married through us, we do not charge any additional match/rishta/nikkah fee. We request your duas.
